All sales are final, and refunds are not permitted except under the following conditions:

1. Product/Service Not as Described: If the product or service significantly differs from its description, do not use or alter it. Contact us immediately via Live Chat, Discord, or Email for review by our management team.

2. Order Processing Issues: If we cannot process your order within 24 hours, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are not provided for accidental purchases, family member purchases, buyer’s remorse, or delivery times within 24 hours. Exchanges or trade-ins are not offered.

Cancellations are only available if delivery exceeds 24 hours. Please review this policy before purchasing.
